Just trying to get ahead on Birthday cards. As well as the cards for the challange over on CMLI there are lots of others cards I hope to make this year.
This first card of what I hope to be many I made square for a change.
The card is 250 GSM
Then I cut a piece of Dawn biddy card stock just a couple of cm smaller than the card.
Then I punched the corners to get a rounded look to it, and the using double sided tape stuck it to the card,
I cut another piece of the same cardstock 2 cm smaller than the last piece and ran it though my cuttlebug,
Then I stamped the flower and insect images, then coloured them with pro markers.
again using double sided tape stuck this to the the card.
I then put little pearls in each corner just to finish it off.

I used to be a fan of Dawn Bibby but didn't move with her when she went to C&C. Always good to get ahead with cards, more time to just "play" then! Fab summery card, Lilian.
